Narode pomagajte imam kuci brdo trešanja i žao mi da prropadnu a bi htjela napravit slatko od trešanja al ne znam kako de ima li ko kakav recept

1 kg tresanja
1.25 kg secera
1 ili 2 kesice vanile
1 casa vode
1 limun

Tresnje operes normalno i ocistis
Secer prokuhas sa vodom da se dobije gust sirup.
U secerni sirup dodas tresnje i limun rezan na kolutove pa kuhas dok tresnje budu skuhane a sirup da bude dobro gust.
Pokrijes mokrom krpom i ostaviis preko noci a onda stavljas u tegle.

Tweety,kupi zelier secer,tj secer u kome je jabukov pektin,limunova kiselina,bez konzervansa je...ja sam ga kod nas nalazila u interexu...
Ide 1 kg tog secera na 1kg voca,kuha se kratko oko 15-ak minuta,dok se secer ne rastopi i ne dobije lijepa gusta masa...
To je najbrzi i najlaksi nacin 10.gif 33.gif

....ali nije mi jasno da ih nisi mogla upotrijebiti ,jer ja kroz cijelu zimu pravim kolac od zamrznutih tresanja i uvijek bude o.k.(dok se odmrzavaju staviti ih na cjedaljku da iskapa sok)i onda su spremne za upotrebu

Nisam nazalost..sve se u vodu pretvori..mozda i takva vrsta tresanja...

ja sam zamrzavala jagode ali poredam na tacnu i kad se zalede onda u kesu i opet u zamrzivac..a tetka mi tresnje sve odjednom u nakvu veliku zdjelu i na kraju nista, ko ce tresnje svaku posebno zamrzavati

inace sestra moja je majstor za te stvari, pravi sok, slatko,djem...zna dobro iskoristiti voce, tako da me ceka kad dodjem 07.gif

upravo tako, da iskapa... ali voda, jer tek kad iskapa one ponovo imaju onaj svoj prepoznatljivi ukus i ne raspadnu se kao Djemili.

Carmela u pravu si..nisam zavrsila Kuharsku skolu, 07.gif a imam ja jos puuuuno da ucim o kuhinji...to je neiscrpna grana koju volim.

Nego moram ti reci da zadnjih 28 proljeca nisam u Mostaru kad su tresnje u jeku..pa mi tetka svoje tresnje ostavlja u zamrzivac, a ja valjda zeljna onih cvrstih rumenih tresanja, pa mi ove zamrznute nisu fine...

Ovamo kupim, ali ni ukus a ni cijena "nisu cemu" 07.gif
