Carmela i pastrmku i filete po obicaju posolim,pobiberim u brasno i na vrelo ulje,Ovamo pripremim
preljev:Iscijedim cijeli limun.lagano muteci dodam pet do sest supenih kasika maslinovog ulja,uz stalno lupanje zicom za jaja,kasiku vegete,dvije cesme saransaka i dosta majdonosa.Kad serviram svak sebi prelije.Meni je pravo dobro.

Filete nekada samo posolim,pobiberim,pospen lagano maslinovim uljem( svaki filet postavim na komad papira za pecenje)odozgo iskrizam glavicu crvenog luka dobro nasitno,krompire na tanke kolutove,paprike,crvena,zelena zuta izrezane na tanke reznjeve i sve zamotam u individualne paketice i u rernu.Na pleh stavi opet papir za pecenje,pa onda poredaj Te paketice.Lakse ces pleh poslije izribati.
Probaj ako vec nisi.Moji to vole 10.gif

Oko peèenja ribe znam dosta caka, no pitam iz razloga što znam da je danas Badnji dan i da je Veliki post. A i davno sam èula da ima nekih posenih naèina spremanja ribe upravo na BAdnjak.

Joj sto ovo djeluje super muntahta, bas cu danas da probam ovaj preljev, a bogami i ove paketice,malo promjene nije na odmet 01.gif hvala za recept

polako privodimo kraju

dobili smo i oblande
a napravile dvije torte
egzotik torta i kraljevska torta

sarma zavrsena jos juce
supa skuhana, sutra cemo je zasuti
izdubile smo narandže i krastavce - pa cemo ih napuniti nadEvom 07.gif
slani rolat (rolovani sir) smotan
zavrsile zetovu (slanu) tortu (glupa imena 05.gif ) i jos jednu sa pohovanim crvenim paprikama
ispekle one moje pogacice 04.gif
smutile jos nekih nadEva za kanapeiæe

ali, meni je iz djetinstva, kada bih sa mamom išla u komšiluk na èestitanje,

ostalo u sjeèanju meso peèeno, tzv. veselica

onako lijepo narezano, hladno, a puni tanjiri ( 13.gif )

ne radi se ni o kakvom obicaju sa ovim nafajizima
vec o neumjernosti domacica 11.gif
svi ljudi koji dodju kod nas su prijatelji
jako ih volimo i nije nam tesko bilo sta napraviti
u sustini nas dvije to radimo sa lakocom 01.gif

najveci razlog ovog nabrajanja je da u slucaju da vam se nesto posebno svidja
napisem recept 01.gif

skoro da mi se svelo kuhanje na par puta godisnje
pa je onda ovo idealna prilika da uzivam
i kuhajuci i razmjenjujuci recepte

2 dl vode
500 gr secera istopiti (na sporetu)
u to dodati jedan margarin i
500 gr mljevene plazme
200 gr mljevenih oraha
dakle od svega toga napraviti masu, sve lijepo sjediniti.
onda prepoloviti masu.
u jedan dio dodati kakao (par kasika- poenta je da se oboji masa)

rastanjiti masu (po licnom ukusu)
i prvo poredati tamni dio
pa na njega svjetliji dio i zavrsiti glazurom.

a glazura je slEdeca 05.gif : cokoldan naravno:): 3 kasike mljeka, 3 kasike secera (moze i u prahu), 100 gr cokolade za kuhanje, 80 gr margarina. sve se na sporetu umjesa, malo se prohladi i na kraju razmaze ravnomjerno po bajaderi.
