  Mantije

Potrebni sastojci.

Brašno, mlaka voda i kašièica soli
1 kg mljevenog teleæeg mesa,
1 glavica isitnjenog crnog luka,
soli, bibera, maslaca (margarin ili ulje)
Jogurt, kisela pavlaka


Nacin pripreme:

Brašno, mlaku vodu i so zamijesiti u glatko tijesto, u obliku lopte, koju podijelimo na dvije ili tri manje loptice. Pustimo da odstoji pola sata.

Za to vrijeme napravimo smesu za punjenje:
dobro pomiješamo mljeveno meso, sitno isjeckani crni luk, so i biber i to zamastimo...

Punjenje: Rastanjimo jednu jufku i sa ivica nje (samo s prednjeg dijela, znaèi polovina) stavimo mesa pa to uvijamo ...kad uvijemo tu jufku u rolnu onda sjeèemo na komade, jednu po jednu mantiju, otprilike jedna da bude kao dva zalogajèica.

Redjamo ih u podmazan pleh ili tepsiju...
Odozgo ih malo rukom pomastimo i peèemo u dosta zagrijanoj rerni (na temperaturi od više od 200 stepeni), dok ne porumeni. Kada porumene, smanji se temperatura i peèe dok mantije ne postanu hrskave.
Kada su peèene izvadimo ih i prelijemo sa mješavinom jogurta i kisele pavlake. Vratimo u rernu dok se to ne upije ..otprilike 5-10 min.

Moja preporuka... Kada se pravi sa mesom ne stavlja se bijeli luk u jogurt za polivanje... Ali ako se prave prazne mantije onda je lepse i ukusnije staviti isjeckan bijeli luk u jogurtu.

Dobro sam rekla, rolna se sjeèe na manje komadiæe. Razlika od buredžika u luku. I ja stavljam junetinu u buredžike. Kako li æe izgledati jogurt kad se stavi u rernu? Ja buredžike ne stavljam u rernu kad ih polijem jogurtom.

Ne stavlja se ovoliko jogurta 21.gif . Jogurt se jede uz mantije, nije fora da one bude zalivene kao buredžici, ni blizu....jogurt se stavi preko njih na samom kraju, kad veæ iskljuèiš pekaru, da samo omekšaju, nikako se ne smiju vidjeti tragovi kiseline po njima. Odoh da moju Sandžaklijku pitam (jer mislim da niste u prvu s motanjem)...èini mi se da oni na Sandžaku jednu po jednu mantiju motaju 29.gif

tako su ukusni bili cudo jedno...ja tek na pola skuzila da nema mesa.. 07.gif

jufka se mota sama, malo suhlja i popreskana smjesom, uilja, milijeka...a isti postupak...

ovako je dobro za vegetarijance

ni to nisam probala , danas cu to da napravim ,
ali pravila l harmonika pitu.
Uzmes kupovne kore i savijas ih uzduzno kao harmonika , slazes jedne do drugih , polijes uljem ,kada se ispece mozes zaliti jogurtom i saransakom. a
a drugi nacin zalijes smjesom od jaja i jogurta , pospes susam i stavis da se pece 10.gif

evo sam se odjutros zadeverala trazeci mantije po netu , nasla sam ali ne znam postaviti sliku.

nego i meni se bas svidjaju ali nikad ranije nisaam cula za ovo jelo.
interesuje me, reze li se kvadratic pp kvadratic pa se onda rola, pa ako je tako onda sigurno treba puno vremena za napraviti.

bila sam na sarajevo x, jooj sta zene rade, ne mogu vjerovati da su ono "obicne"" kuharice,...ma sve je to vrhunska kuhinja i specijaliteti
