  Recept za pljeskavice

Jel iko zna dobar recept za pljeskavice? Znam da nema sanse da se dobije Ferhatovicha ili Bahre recept. To znam da se skup placa i tajna se cuva ko za nuklearni silos. To i ne trazim, ali makar nesto sto lici na onu nasu pljeskavicu. Probo sam je pravit par puta ali mi nije bas najbolje ispala. Evo sta sam stavio:

kilo mljevene junetine (sa dosta masti)
iscimo sam sredine hljeba
malo kisele vode
kasiku sode bikarbone
dosta crvenog luka
biber
vegeta
so

Ma ispale su pravo dobro sto se tice izgleda, i super su se ispekle, ali nisu to one nase pljeskavice. Fali im neka jacina i onaj nas ukus. Vrlo su blage ispale a stavio sam bibera i luka da se raspametis. Vise je ispalo ko hamburger nego pljeskavica. Moguce da je do mesa. Ako neko ima kakav dobra recept, zahvaljujem se unarpijed.

fali ti meso ono nase jer je u USA isto ko i Norveska divce meso

Pa vjerovatno fali dobro meso. Moze se ovdje naci kod Amisha dobro meso. Neznam jel ko nase ali kazu da je dobro. Kad kazes cevape isjeckati. Sta ide u cevape onda?

pa ja sam pravio cevape i nije ti neka mudrolija a pljeskavica se uvijek pravila od cevapa
samo se luk isjecka nasitno i umjesa u cevape
maso je junetina:
35% s vrata
35% plecka
30% trbusine koji daje masnocu cevapu
premljeti dva puta i sve dobro smijesati
stvaljas sodu bikarbon ako nece cevapi dugo stajati
ide kisela voda i starog hljeba
ja sam stavljao krompir brasno umjesto hljeba od kojeg cevap buja i drhti na vatri
soli, vegete jer meso ovdje ima los smek i bibera
dole sam stavljao samo so i biber

Gdje vam je saransak u ovom receptu.?
stavi samljeveni saransak u malo tople vode i dodaj mesu..lakse se mjesi..

napraviti jednu loptu, na sredini napraviti jedno udubljenje , pokriti plasticnom folijom i ostaviti preko noci... sutri dan praviti cevape ili pljeskavice

Kakvi recepti i æulahi.Kad mi se jede upalim auto ,drito Sarajevo pa u Želje na pljesku sa kajmakom.Poslije na kolaè u Michel na Ferhadiji.

Ne znam recept, al' koliko znam, u prave cevape idu tri vrste mesa i ne ide bijeli luk/saransak 01.gif

ide nego nece da kazu recept kako treba 23.gif 10.gif

i ne ide "tona" nego bas kao zacin 10.gif



i to znas kako:u solju vode ako pravis od kile mesa nasijeces na jako sitno ili zdrobis bijeli luk i ostavis u toj solji vode 1.5dl., jedno sat vremena onda meso prelijes tom vodom i lukom i umijesis onda pljeske ili cevapi budu socniji 10.gif


inace se u mesnoj industriji voda dodaje u skoro sve proizvode
